2. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for protecting your sign-in credentials, keeping your business profile details accurate, and reviewing extracted or generated records before relying on them for filings, reporting, or operational decisions.

3. Billing and plan changes

Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through the billing portal or by another supported method. Plan limits, exports, and retention behavior follow the active subscription state stored in ClearLedger.

4. Acceptable use

You may not upload unlawful content, malicious files, or documents you do not have the right to store or process. You may not abuse the service in a way that disrupts availability, extraction capacity, or billing systems.
